Amanda Morgan

Hi, my name is Amanda Morgan, and I have been working at George Mason Univeristy since January, 2008. I have a B.S. in Marketing from Westminster College of Salt Lake City and and M.B.A. in International Business from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. In my own education, I came to realize that having thoughts and ideas from backgrounds all around the world brings a vibrancy into the classroom that can't be met in any other way.

I started working in international admissions at Westminster, a small private college in Utah. As my interest in international education grew, I began looking for a school with a strong global focus and with a lot of international diversity. I have definitely found that at Mason. With students from over 120 countries, I get the opportunity to interact daily with students from all over the globe.

I am originally from Utah, and although I miss the mountains and skiing on the best snow on earth, I love living in the D.C. area. The opportunities to combine culture and fun in the nation's capital continue to amaze me. My free time is taken up discovering new and fun things to do in the area, and it doesn't hurt that New York City is just a few hours away.

I would love to help you through the admissions and immigration process to be able to study here in the U.S., and I hope we see you here at George Mason University soon!
