Hello, my name is Thomas Epps and I am an Admissions Representative at George Mason University. I hail from Petersburg, Virginia, about 25 miles south of Richmond. As a current Mason student, I am very active in campus life and activities. My roles at George Mason include President of the NAACP, Director of the Anointed Voices of Unity Gospel Choir, and President of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

When I was a junior in high school, I decided that Mason was the school for me. Everything I needed was here at George Mason. I chose Public Administration as my major because it would give me the opportunity to study how government operated from a governance and financial aspect. The tools I have been given at Mason reach far beyond the classroom. I hope that when I visit the areas of Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun, Fairfax, Prince William and D.C. that you too will become interested in what Mason can do for you!
