REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

• Completed Graduate Application Form
• Non-refundable application fee
• Two official university transcripts sent directly to the appropriate Academic Unit in a sealed envelope from all schools you have attended at the undergraduate and graduate level
  •  If you have attended a school outside of the U.S., please carefully follow our International Transcript Submission Guidelines
•  Official English translations of all diplomas, certificates, and transcripts that are not already in English
•  Proof of English proficiency: either TOEFL, IELTS academic exam, or Pearson Test of English**
•  Official GRE, GMAT, MAT or other official test scores, as required by your program
•  Letters of recommendation, as required by your program

Students Seeking an F-1 or J-1 visa:

•  Completed Certificate of Financial Responsibility (PDF), signed by you and your sponsor
•  An original* bank statement in your name or your sponsor’s name demonstrating the minimum required funds for your studies at Mason
•  Copy of the identification page of your passport
