Showcase of Graduate Studies
Thank you for your interest in the Showcase of Graduate Studies at George Mason University. The event will be held tonight (Wednesday), September 19th from 6:00 – 8:00pm in Dewberry Hall in the George W. Johnson Center.
Online registration for the Showcase has ended. However, we do still have space available at the event and encourage you to join us. This is the only event we do of this type each year which gives you exposure to all of our 100+ graduate programs.
In order to make your entry to the event as easy as possible, we have set up an express on-site registration in the Johnson Center (ground floor). I recommend you arrive as close to 6pm as possible so that we can get you into the event quickly.
Directions to and maps of the campus can be found at www.gmu.edu/welcome/Directions-to-GMU.html. If you are driving to campus, we have arranged for you to park in Lot K on the campus free of charge; this lot can be found on the map (from the above link) in the southwest part of campus. Members of the Mason staff will be nearby to direct you to the George W. Johnson Center (#12 on the map) where the event will be held. This is the ONLY free parking on campus so please park here if you are driving. If you are taking Metro, please visit www.wmata.com for directions to the orange line Vienna/Fairfax/GMU Metro station. From there, take the Mason Shuttle (free of charge) or one of the Fairfax CUE buses directly to campus. More information about getting to campus via the free shuttle can be found at http://shuttle.gmu.edu/masontometro.htm. Once you are on campus, feel free to ask anyone for “The Johnson Center” and they will happily direct you if you should need assistance.
Again, we appreciate your interest in Mason and look forward to seeing you this evening.
