Mason accepts ENG 125, Introduction to Literature in lieu of ENG 112. ENG 125=ENGH 201, which fulfills our literature requirement.
Intermediate level proficiency in a foreign language or completion of an academic minor is required. Proficiency may be achieved with the completion of VCCS foreign language course 202 with grades of A, B or C.
Admission to the School of Music is competitive. Transfer applicants are required to successfully pass a music audition to be considered for admission to the B.A. or B.M. degree programs.
