Patriot Prelude Transfer Open House

Banner: Patriot Prelude (810px)

Patriot Prelude Transfer Open Houses are half-day events designed to provide prospective transfer students with detailed information about the application and admissions process, university life, and job and internship opportunities available to all transfers.

Please note: These information sessions and tours are for prospective students going through the college search, application, and decision-making process. If you have already submitted your enrollment deposit and need to attend Orientation, please visit the Orientation and Family Programs and Services website.

The program kicks-off with an hour-long information session followed by academic and university life browsing. During this time, representatives from Mason’s schools and colleges, along with staff from key student services offices, are available to answer questions one-on-one. Patriot Prelude ends with a campus tour provided by our very own Mason Ambassadors. In the event of inclement weather, the campus tour may not be offered.

While on campus, we encourage you to explore our campus dining venues and the University Bookstore, all of which are open to the public.

All Patriot Prelude attendees should park in the Mason Pond Parking Deck and will have their parking validated at check-in. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with further details.

If you or a member of your family needs a special accommodation to fully participate in this open house, please contact Selina Kirwan, Events Manager at skirwan@gmu.edu at least three business days before the event.
